Job Description:

The Client Solutions Executive ( CSE ) typically develops a long term business relationship with one strategic or several important clients, providing total solutions to the client's business needs. The Client Solution Executive Assumes ownership for large, complex, long sell cycle opportunities requiring multi-service line or cross-brand integration, they Navigate IBM to identify, engage, and lead the appropriate portfolio specialists, pre-sales technical support, support organizations, and channels for each opportunity, Negotiates and closes the deal with the client, ensuring smooth transition to delivery and high client satisfaction.
