Job Description:

Job Purpose
  • The position of Real Estate Business Development Key Account Manager in the newly created Real Estate Projects Sales is in charge of developing and managing relationships and agreements with real estate developers, besides ensuring satisfaction of real estate developers and end-users with services provided by STC.

     

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Screen real estate developers market in KSA for potential leads
  • Develop relationships with real estate developers with survey, events, cold calling etc.
  • Perform preliminary pitch to high potential real estate developers
  • Collect detail requirements from real estate developers and coordinate with internal stakeholders for feasibility.
  • Develop business case and finalize proposal with the support of internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage contract terms and agreements with B2B real estate developers.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships agreements, where necessary, to improve real estate projects sales.
  • Coordinate with Business Operations to follow-up on deployment of networks/delivery of sales orders as per contract terms.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Pre-sales for feasibility studies, business cases, campaign and customized solutions studies for any project as needed.
  • Ensure satisfaction of real estate developers and end-users through follow up and ongoing relationship management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

 

Certification
  • Marketing, Economics, Projects Management or Business Administration.

     

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

     

Desirable Skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and influencing ability
  • Strong ability to drive sales and financial results
  • Good business acumen and exposure to real estate developer market
  • Good ability to prepare and present presentations using MS PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of telecom solutions in Enterprise services (B2B)
