Job Description:

Scope

Provides Human Resources services and assistance in the country, focusing on Organizational Development, Training, Recruitment and Selection as well as Global Trainee Program (GTP) ensuring compliance with global guidelines. Supports other HR Processes such as Employees Relations, Personnel Administration, Compensation, Benefits, etc.                         
                                                                           
Main Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the line managers to implement Human Resources activities in KSA.
  2. Oversees staffing activities, performance review process, TenarisUniversity programs and the Global Trainee Program.                                              
  3. Coordinates and executes talent sourcing and selection in the region for WC and BC. Recruitment planning, screening/sourcing, interviewing and assessing. Prepares and implements the On Boarding of New Hires in coordination with Line Managers.
  4. Coordinates and executes the talent management cycle for WC and BC: from the performance management process, the development and career plans design, identifying key talents within the region and support their development within country and/or abroad. Sets Career Counceling Sessions with the talents in KSA.                                                                                                   
  5. Analyzes all the training needs by the line managers and assure to plan, monitor, and execute the training. In addition, evaluate the effectiveness of the courses and uploads all the information in the LMS.                                                                                                                         
  6. Supports Employee Opinion Survey implementation in the Country and the design and implementation of a regional development plan.
  7. Assists in the HR Budget preparation: HC, Talent Attraction & Development and Training.
  8. Prepares employees reports for managers.                
  9. Records information and updates personnel files and gathers information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history.                         
  10. Assists in the local application of Compensation & Benefits policies in accordance with global guideline                                  
  11.   Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.                   
  12. Maintains regular contact with Human Resources regional counterparts

Skill Requirements:
  • Previous HR experience of at least 2 years
  • Strong teamwork skills in a multicultural environment
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
  • Track record of creative problem solving
  • Ability and willingness to respond quickly to new information and change course accordingly
  • Attention to detail/ analytical skills, excellent organization skills and abilities to manage multiple projects/responsibilities against tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure.
  • MS Office (Excel, PPT, word): Advanced
  • English: advanced
  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor Degree
  • SAP HR (nice to have)
  • HR Experience with BC population (shop hour employees) – (nice to have)
