Job Description:

As the Talent Management Specialist, you will be expected execute the role of a Recruitment Specialist and coordinate the recruitment efforts of the entire company.
 
Requirements

Management
  • Ensure professional processes in Sourcing, Recruiting, Screening, Interviewing and Recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level of jobs.
  • Implement, train and coach senior leaders, professionals and defined employees on all relevant processes for 360 Degree Feedback processes.
  • Develop, review, implement and maintain of the Performance Management System (PMS) including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in coordination with the business areas.
  • Support on development, implementation and maintenance of a career management framework for the company, including the design and implementation of behavioural and technical competencies as well as succession planning framework based on market best practices.
  • Implement and maintain HR Information System needs and design new or modify existing processes to meet changing requirements.
 
Reporting
  • Support on Compensation & Benefit programs based on the company’s policies & procedures.
  • Coordinate yearly reward & performance cycle and reviews including attending with managers for defined areas.
  • Execute and coordinate on the revision, new development and implementation of related Policies and Procedures within the company including grievances procedures, employee questions and concerns.
  • Identify and analyse required training needs and skills within the company, including developing, implementing, executing and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support the needs of the company.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Saudi National
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, e.g. CIPD
  • Master’s Degree – Preferable
  • Talent Management skills, e.g. Training and Development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • External HR consulting experience in design and implementation of Talent Management and Recruitment Programs - Preferable
