Job Description:

We offer you a position where you will develop and implement marketing programs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage the optimal and continued usage of Medtronic technology solutions. 

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Liaison with the customer service, training, clinical and operational departments to develop service options and processes to improve the customer experience.
  • Manage and grow the customer communication database.
  • Development and implementation of ongoing customer communication programs such as newsletter programs, advanced product training programs.
  • Budget responsibility for marketing retention and development initiatives.
  • Resolve direct customer issues on a case basis if required.
  • Participating in customer segmentation work
  • Execute marketing programs associated with go-to market plans and actively manage completion of marketing tools development
  • Actively participate in development of go-to market plans and in product development planning
  • Manage details associated with customer meetings, including tradeshows and key opinion leader events, ensuring events tie to overall marketing strategies
  • Oversee collection and sharing of market research – library development, information communication, regular review of information sources to collect and analyze updated information
  • Provide analysis related to product needs, market segmentation, financial
  • Providing accurate, current information identifying customer needs to internal groups
  • Analyzing competition, including strengths, weakness and gap analysis
  • Assisting in product launches including analyzing:
·          product launch resource requirement
·          product strategic fit with the full product portfolio, pricing, promotional strategies, and post-launch analytics
  • Tracking key measures including market research
  • Organizing, execute and monitoring  marketing services and programs
·        Providing support to Education Managers and Territory Managers with regards to inquiries and information
·        Coordinating marketing initiatives (customer mailings for technical bulletins and product updates) and product samples
·        Attending product training sessions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • More than 7 years of marketing experience
  • Medical devices expertise
  • Ability to travel around 50% of the time
