Job Description:

Support in the development of the Sales Unit’s strategy. Based on strategic direction, work on developing the yearly sales plans including target setting, budget allocation and distribution. This includes a breakdown by geography and channel.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Work the development and management of short and long term Sales Strategy including channel strategy, geographical focus, and distribution strategies.
  2. Manage the Sales strategic programs and monitor strategic programs KPIs
  3. Develop the yearly budget and plans defining sales related targets by channel, geography and distribution partner according to the strategic direction set
  4. Set financial targets & KPIs to drive overall efficiency and effective target achievement.
  5. Conduct research to identify market potential and opportunities and define initiatives and strategies to acquire them
  6. Spot geographical focus areas for sales intervention by working with the Geo marketing team to identify Revenue pockets.
  7. Utilize the outputs of Landscape to develop area specific strategies and align with Network and Marketing on Execution
  8. Cascade yearly plans and targets into individual KPIs for the Sales Unit ensuring responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly defined.
  9. Develop the financial assessments necessary for business cases required by the sales department
  10. Financial modelling and analysis as required by the business.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university

-MBA / Masters’ Degree is preferable

-A minimum of Six (5) years of experience in Consumer Marketing from top tier Management consulting firms or Telecom/IT industry or a related field with at least Four (4) years in a managerial position.
