P&G Sales Trade Managers are entrepreneurs who represent products from P&G's to our diverse customers across the Arabian Peninsula. As an Account Manager, you will learn about your accounts, products, industry, and the Company's business practices. Account Managers influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.

  • Contribute to the business and budget planning for the categories.

     

    Ensure the deployment of the Category strategies to the field and Sales Teams
  • Develop the country Category Analysis (category analysis, vision, key sales drivers, and concept sells, retail performance standards) to equip the Sales and multi-functional resources with the right info to be considered by the customers as the category experts.
  • Define and align within the company the Sales Fundamental objectives and funds needed
  • Develop together with other departments the right and complete plans to achieve Sales Fundamentals and volume objectives by category and brand. Ensure promotional plans are within the promotional guidelines.
  • Develop the plans and concept sell to ensure success of the new initiatives.
  • Develop the in-store materials and plans aiming for a clear in store persuasion.
  • Work with Sales Account Executives to ensure Customer Annual Business plans are consistent with the business priorities and categories Action plans to deliver the objectives.
  • Work and coordinate with the Sales Account Executives to implement co-marketing plans in the key customers.
  • Work closely with Logistics planners on supply planning.
  • Contribute to forecasting process/Work closely with the demand management team
  • Analyze and have a clear picture of the competitive information
  • Lead the development of the plans or concept sell needed to maintain brand competitive edge.
  • Search and re-apply proven success models
  • Ensure the system/ tools and availability of info. to follow up results and place corrective action if needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Management or other relevant majors
  • Must have 2-7 years experience as Category Manager, Trade Marketing, Or Sales experience within FMCG industry
  • Are excellent in cognitive thought and problem-solving
  • Have demonstrated strong leadership ability through active participation in extra-curriculum or in the course of work
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English and Arabic Fluency
