HR Planning and Business Manager (Human Resources)

  • Recruitment, Training and Development

  • Succession Planning

  • Reward and Compensation

  • Performance Management

  • Engaging (communication) with key stockholders, Gov. Agencies, and media. Manage PR, image, and reputation of the company.

  • General HR activities: Labor Law, Gov. Regulations, and requirement

  • Manager the Admin staff

  • Manage Gov. Affairs Functions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources OR Business Administration

  • MBA is preferred

  • Minimum 12 to 3 years’ experience HR in Function in Energy related industry, with

  • At least 3 years leading HR team or Administration

  • Experience leading a team, designing, and implementing HR Strategy.

  • Strong Arabic and English Language (oral and written)

  • Industry knowledge, understanding energy value chain

  • HR knowledge and polices development

  • Strong leadership, demonstrate ability to deliver results

  • Strong communication

  • Strong Teamwork management skill.

  • Future Oriented, drives change.

  • Ethical, honest, high integrity, and trustworthy
