Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and Exceed sales objectives and targets.

Build strong partnerships with key Accounts

Building and implementing business plans for the individual Key Accounts

Effective management of trade spend and overall profitability of key Accounts.

Use sales analytics to identify opportunities for growth and to drive profitable bottom line.

Ensure market returns are managed at agreed levels.

Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.

Attain accurate forecast expectations.

Provide accurate and timely information for decision making (competition & market changes etc.).

Assist and contribute actively towards strategic and marketing plans for new products.

Provide necessary support to the marketing team for smooth transition from new product development to marketing.

Coach, support and build team to achieve team goals.

Other duties as and when assigned.

To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess strong communication skills and display the ability to build deep relationships with eye care professionals. The successful candidate should ideally possess 4 years of experience in Optical , Contact lens or FMCG industry and has strong sales track record.

Job Requirements:

Experience with Key Account customers, preferably from the Optical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare industry

Experience in managing key account customers in previous role and developing growth strategies within different customer channels

Solid strategic and analytical skills

Ability to work cross-functionally;

Exceptional communication skills and a successful team player
