Job Description:

This is an exciting role that will allow you to develop and implement the strategic plan for Advanced Analytics Consultancy (AAC) within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive BD across our clients in KSA
  • Build pipeline, schedule client meetings and prospect market to ensure we meet our revenue targets in KSA
  • Get CS excited about our solutions and drive awareness among the Nielsen team
  • Plan ahead, structure your strategy to ensure a consistent and heavy pipeline all year long (avoid pipeline waves)
  • Avoid sticking to existing solutions only. Analytics is an art and requires creativity to meet client needs.
  • Actively and aggressively chase and close business deals on the spot. Be convincing through consultative sales (credibility)
  • Educate yourself on the market trends and the different clients businesses. Ability to relate example from other markets/clients to gain credit
  • Engage with CS on an ongoing base to understand where you can offer your support and drive our business forward
  • Ability to explain in Leman's term the purpose and outcomes of each Nielsen AAC solutions
  • Drive awareness of AAC solutions with all our clients. Adopt a client tiring strategy and target them differently according to the needs.
  • Show the value of our solutions by taking a "business issue" approach to pitches.
  • Work closely with your manager in getting the right plan in place to win
  • Be an ambassador of the Analytics business at Nielsen
  • Management of own projects and execution guaranteeing quality in terms of deliverables and timeline compliance.
  • Ability to manage all types of project preparation work happening before modeling phase
  • Ability to manage parts of a big project on its own (with support from seniors)
  • Interact with modeling teams and ensure process flow. Deal with contingencies and solving problems
  • Excellence in analysis, meet project specifications, build detailed presentations and deliver insightful (actionable) recommend actions to the clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in one of the fields of Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics-Mathematics is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry in client facing roles that involve analysis and consulting for clients
  • Experience with managing client engagement including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with revenue management & driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistical modelling
  • Decision maker and problems solver
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulae technical concepts simply
  • Project management skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Fluency in English
