As an Organization Development Manager, your accountabilities are:

  • Facilitate and monitor consistent implementation of PepsiCo Core processes (eg. Performance Management, People Planning, Organization Health Survey, Career Development & Succession Planning, Management & Leadership Assessment Tools)
  • Implement plans and initiatives related to creating an Inclusive & Engagin culture in line with PepsiCo Values
  • Analyze and provide insights related to company feedback tools (ex: Organization Health Survey, Manager Quality Surveyes, In-touch sessions, ..etc) to facilitate the development and implementation of meaningful & effective action plans
  • Facilitate and ensure implementation of talent Management actions to ensure continuous bench building for key roles in the organization.
  • Participate in facilitating leadership development interventions as needed
  • Act as the gate keeper on the performance development system (myP&D).

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree with min 2 years' experience in Organizational & Management Development
* Excellent communication skills with different levels with excellent English & Arabic language
* Proficiency in using MS Office
* Facilitation skills
* Innovative & results driven
* Very good consultation skills & customer orientation
* Exhibition of PepsiCo leadership behaviors
