Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing campaigns for the local market- with the aim of getting as many iflix subscribers as possible, at the lowest cost.
The Marketing Manager is also a leader of the marketing team, reporting directly to the Country Manager but has a very strong dotted line to the Global CMO.

Responsible for defining, developing, and delivering the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for local country not limited to the following below.
  • Overall value proposition for targeted customer segment and new strategic initiatives and services
  • Drive the development and manage portfolio of target market, manage the go-to-market roadmap & customer journey for target segment, and ensure timely and quality delivery to meet target
  • Identify and develop key marketing and sales tactics to execute as part of the GTM plan for products, new strategic initiatives, and services, including communications, multi-media, social media, sales enablement, customer facing programs, and events
  • Evaluate, propose and implement potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Develop and manage GTM implementation for products and solutions, including marketing strategy, sales, and customer communications for all channels
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity within the local market in care
  • Provide expertise inputs to stakeholders in the interest of sharpening the proposition or increasing sales
  • Aligning with Global Content Marketing Team on content focus and to ensure campaigns are being localized from the global efforts but more importantly, to create local campaigns that are relevant for the market
  • Manage and prioritize projects of global/regional scope.
  • Promotion (promotion/pricing planning and strategy and promotion/pricing execution);
  • Consumer/Customer Training (consumer decision making, customer operations, customer decision making and market segmentation);
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Coordinate all public relations activities

Job Requirements:

  • 8-10 year’s experience in a marketing and leadership functional role
  • Possess good understanding of country market landscape, global market and consumer trends
  • Experience having the ability to strategize and execute at the same time using resources available
  • New product/country launch experience would be an advantage to this application
  • Brilliant communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues.
