Role Purpose: Support the business unit’s development by creating customer focused activity programs and delivering to the field the necessary selling tools. 

Accountability

  • To create channel specific sales aids that link Pepsi business programs to customer’s needs.
  • Develop initiatives that support field-based activity in targeted priority areas, e.g. Cold Drink Development.
  • Be the customer spokesman when working with Marketing to create commercial plans.
  • To sign off all promotions as field ready from a customer perspective.

Quarterly Program Communication

  • Prepare the Quarterly Booklet summarizing all business units initiatives. The Quarterly Booklet to be the single voice for field communication and aligned with the MDM & S&M team.
  • Within the Quarterly Booklet, provide examples of Best Practice and establish KPIs for key initiatives.

     

Pricing Architecture

  • Identify and secure the data required to support the development of Package/channel Pricing strategy.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers, Key Accounts Managers & Merchandizing Managers to make recommendations on pricing strategy by channel and package.
