Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy deployment and Insight for REGION

  • Co-own regional account segmentation with commercial excellence and insight CoE (accounts to grow/accounts to acquire) based on pan EMEA agreed selection criteria and identify points of entry 
  • Share regional industry and competition insight with Intelligence CoE and Offering Leader for EMEA - in particular provides input for the competition monthly update to be shared with pole/region/district management team and ensure Win/Loss analysis is implemented in region/district with the support of EMEA Insights Leader and Commercial Excellence 
  • First point of contact to drive offerings and NPIs pick up in region 
  • Share regular updates from marketing during regional BDW or equivalent 

Lead Generation and Growth Focus

  • Drive in region the Consultant Engagement Program (CEP) with the support of the EMEA Lead Gen and Campaign Leader and ensure success metrics are aligned to region/district AOP (nb of leads identified, leads conversion to qualified opportunities) track monthly progress against targets 
  • Drive in region the Strategic Accounts Engagement Program with the support of the EMEA Lead Gen and Campaign Leader and ensure success metrics are aligned to region/district AOP (pipeline supported to close and pipeline to be created) track monthly progress against targets 
  • Drive in region tactical campaigns as required (NPI specific campaigns, web enquiries, project data base) 
  • Drive in region IBE campaigns and against AOP IBE metrics in particular: for strategic accounts identify opportunities to increase portfolio SoW and opportunities to increase geographic footprint in the account by working closely with sales, service and insight

CUSTOMIZED STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS SUPPORT

  • Support top 10 regional strategic accounts with dedicated insight
  • Co-lead 3 year account development plans with Growth Sales Leaders
  • Drive co-innovation plans for strategic accounts in agreement with sales and VPGM

 

ENABLE SALES TRANSFORMATION WITH CONNECTED OFFERINGS

  • Ensure all tools are in place in country to enable sales to change the conversation from FM to business - in particular take ownership for INDUSTRY value proposition 
  • Translate HBS's connected offerings features in solutions to address business challenges by taking active part of top pursuits and account development plans 

Job Requirements:

Knowledge Skill and other requirements

  • Educational requirements – Bachelor Degree in Business, IT or Engineering, MBA preferred 
  • 8-10 years’ experience in integrated systems (OT/IT), managed services or consulting, key account management, account based marketing, market segmentation, value proposition, product management
