Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full General Manager duties including P&L, Sales, Budgeting,

  • Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing.

  • Driving demand generation, working in collaboration with Electrical Consultants and Electrical Engineers, to gain favourable specifications for Saudi Ega prod-ucts.

  • Monitoring of and striving for a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the value chain.

  • Think big and execute International market strategies in cooperation with local sales teams.

  • Monitor, guide and improve individual project performance (time, cost, quality).

  • Continuous improvement of market understanding (e.g. regulatory changes, mar-ket trends, customer needs and competitor activities).

  • Drive an efficient manufacturing process: From acquisition of raw materials through to final delivery of products, within defined time frames, and within cost budgets.

  • Continuous improvement of the manufacturing process efficiency and quality within the framework provided by the Group Management.

  • 25 Accountable for Profit & Loss 25 Accountable for AOP 25 Manage customer relationship 10 Lead change 5 Manage contractual compliance

Job Requirements:

YOU MUST HAVE

  • We have a preference for a candidate with Saudi Arabian citizenship.

  • 10 or more year’s progressive career experience in a B2B environment.

  • An understanding of the construction industry and specifically the electrical market, is desired but not essential.

  • Strategic Thinker with the ability to take disparate data and define a problem statement, the candidate can deal with ambiguity in a situation and move it to clarity and definition

  • Excellent written English communication skills. Writes clearly and concisely, able to structure and present concepts well.

  • Confident verbal presenter.

  • Ability to work on all aspects of General Management, a strategic thinker who is not frightened to “roll up the sleeves” to make sure the job gets done.

  • University, or engineering degree is a must

  • Preference for candidates who are MBA qualified

  • Worked internationally preferably with experience throughout the Middle East

  • Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Proven track history of hitting all sales and business objectives
