We are looking to recruit a candidate at Director level with skills to support our growth strategy in the three capability offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Our Financial Management practice is a priority area for significant and strategic growth and the team works across multiple sectors, focussing on shaping Finance Strategy in line with Business Strategy and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their Finance functions. In today’s environment, these functions must demonstrate their value to the business by producing insightful and timely reports, managing risk, reducing costs and maintaining financial controls.
The key drivers of change for our clients are growth, cost reduction and leveraging external and internal data for decision support. Our go to market approach is issues led and our propositions are structured around these client challenges.
It is critical candidates are willing to lead quality client delivery, business development and development of innovative offerings and thought leadership to challenge our clients thinking in this area. They also need to help drive a sales pipeline and build a team to help deliver engagements.
